Clustea ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

Account data: email address, hashed password, plan, usage counters.

Content data: domains, keywords, and articles you create — stored to power the Service.

Payment data: billing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

Usage data: page views, feature usage, error logs — used to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and operate the Service
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
To process payments and manage subscriptions
To detect and prevent abuse
To improve the product based on usage patterns

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your content to train AI models.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following sub-processors:

Supabase — database and authentication (EU region)
Anthropic — AI article generation (your inputs are sent to their API)
Stripe — payment processing
Resend — transactional emails
DataForSEO — keyword data
Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU, you have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Export your data in a portable format
Object to certain types of processing

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use industry-standard security practices: HTTPS everywhere, encrypted passwords, row-level security on the database. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you by email of material changes.
